If your handbag doesn’t meet your expectations, our return and refund process is designed to be simple, transparent, and fair, ensuring you have a smooth shopping experience from start to finish.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival to ensure everything is as expected.
Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted for return, exchange, or refund.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- It must be free from odors, stains, or pet hair
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
- The item should be returned in its original box or protective packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or packing slip
If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet these standards, the return may be refused or shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
Reasons for Return
You can request a return or exchange for the following reasons:
- You received the wrong item or color
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The product does not fit or does not meet your expectations (change of mind)
Returns based on personal preference or change of mind are accepted only if the item meets all eligibility requirements.
Return Shipping Cost
If your return is due to an error on our part (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Styleera will cover the shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.
For all other returns, such as change of mind or preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service to ensure your return arrives safely.
Return Labels
Customers arranging their own returns must generate and pay for their own return shipping label.
You may use any reliable U.S. carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
If your order qualifies for a free return (due to damage, defect, or incorrect shipment), we will email you a prepaid label after your request is approved.
All return shipments must clearly display the Return Authorization Number (RAN) provided by our support team.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees on approved returns or exchanges.
However, returns that do not meet eligibility conditions or are received outside the allowed timeframe may be refused or returned to the sender.
Return Process
To start a return or exchange, follow these steps:
- Email support@styleera.store within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your full name, order number, and a brief reason for the return (include photos if the item is damaged or defective).
- Our support team will reply within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, clearly label the RAN on the outside, and send it using a trackable courier service.
- Once we receive your package, our quality assurance team will inspect the item within 2–3 business days.
After inspection, we’ll confirm your refund or exchange status via email.
Unauthorized returns or packages sent without a valid RAN may be delayed or not processed.
Refund Process
Once your return has been approved and processed:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, or digital wallet).
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Please note:
- Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
- Refunds cannot be sent to alternative payment methods.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Double-check your bank or card statement.
- Contact your bank or card provider. Sometimes processing takes extra time.
- If you still don’t see your refund, email us at support@styleera.store, and we’ll be happy to help.
Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes you might change your mind.
You may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery, as long as it meets our eligibility requirements.
In such cases, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and verified.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different color, style, or model, please contact us at support@styleera.store with your order number and preferred replacement.
Once your original item is received and approved, your new item will be shipped promptly.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all items before shipping.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at support@styleera.store with:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the issue
Once verified, we’ll arrange for a replacement, exchange, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.
Please do not dispose of any packaging or items until the issue has been resolved.
Additional Notes
We are unable to process returns or exchanges for orders marked as “Final Sale.”
Returns without original packaging or proof of purchase will not be accepted.
Items received beyond the 30-day return window will not qualify for refund or exchange.
Please use a trackable courier for all returns to ensure safe delivery.
