1. Eligibility for Return
You can return your handbag within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free from odors, stains, or pet hair, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards (if applicable) must be included.
- Please retain the original box or protective packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or packing slip) must be provided.
- Final Sale or Clearance items cannot be returned unless defective.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash (unless required by law).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To ensure your return is processed smoothly, follow these steps:
Step 1: Reach out to us at support@styleera.store within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your full name, order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is defective or damaged.
Step 2: Our customer service team will respond within 1–2 business days and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the correct return shipping address.
Step 3: Securely pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage. Clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Be sure to remove or cover any old shipping labels.
Step 4: Ship your return using a trackable shipping service (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). Retain the shipping receipt and tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during shipping.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
- Other Returns: If you are returning an item for any other reason (such as a change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please note that any paid shipping upgrades (such as expedited shipping) are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or was sent incorrectly.
4. Refund Process & Timeline
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 2–3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times.
- Customs duties, taxes, and international shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different style, color, or size, please return the original item for a full refund, and place a new order for the item you want at www.styleera.store.
This ensures you receive the item you want while it’s still in stock.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all handbags before they leave our facility. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at support@styleera.store within 10 days of receiving the item, along with clear photos showing the issue.
Once the damage or defect is verified, we will prioritize sending you a replacement, arranging a repair, or issuing a full refund, at no extra cost.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:
- Double-check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your bank or credit card provider, as refunds sometimes take additional time to process.
- If you still don’t see your refund, contact us at support@styleera.store, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
8. Gifts
If you received a handbag as a gift and wish to return it, please provide the gift giver’s order number and details when contacting us.
If approved, we will either issue store credit or refund the original payment method, depending on the situation.
9. Important Notes
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy. Unauthorized returns, returns outside the 30-day window, or items not in acceptable condition may be denied or returned to you at your expense.
- For your protection, we highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method when returning items.
10. Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee for returns, as long as the items meet the return policy criteria.
