1. What shipping options do you offer?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and shipping takes between 5 to 8 business days. Tracking information is provided for all shipments.
2. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only offer shipping within the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping soon. Stay tuned for updates!
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier details. You can use the tracking number to monitor your order’s status online. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to become active after shipment.
4. How do I return an item?
You can return your handbag within 30 days from the date it was delivered. To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@styleera.store with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
5. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If you are returning an item due to damage, defect, or a shipping error, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns (such as a change of mind), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Can I exchange my handbag for a different color or size?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different style, color, or size, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order on our website.
7. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times.
8. Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance cannot be returned, unless they are defective. Gift cards are also non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law).
9. What if I received a damaged or defective item?
We inspect all items carefully before shipment. If you receive a damaged or defective handbag, please email us at support@styleera.store within 10 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
10. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards. They are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash (unless required by law). You can purchase gift cards directly from our website.
11. How do I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, you can cancel it by emailing us at support@styleera.store. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, we’ll help you with the return process.
12. How are taxes calculated?
All prices displayed on Styleera.store include applicable state and local taxes for U.S. customers. Taxes are calculated in advance and included in the product price during checkout.
13. Can I change my order after it’s been placed?
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure quick dispatch. If you need to change anything, please contact us at support@styleera.store as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. However, changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.
14. What happens if my order is lost or delayed?
If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@styleera.store. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or assist you with filing a claim.
