Order Cut off, Handling, Transit, Total Delivery Time

At Styleera, delivery times are carefully planned to ensure timely arrival of every order.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00)EST are processed the same day. Orders received after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  • Handling Time: Orders are prepared, packed, and shipped within 1–2 business days (Mon-Fri) after processing.
  • Transit Time: Delivery is typically completed within 3–5 business days (Mon-Fri) .
  • Total Delivery Time: The total estimated time from purchase to delivery is 4–7 business days, including handling and transit.

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

All product prices displayed on Styleera are final and include applicable U.S. state and local taxes.
The total payable amount is shown clearly during checkout with no hidden charges or extra fees.

Shipping Cost

The carrier is automatically selected based on your delivery location, service availability, and fastest route.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details and carrier information.

Tracking Information

Please allow several hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear.

Product Condition & Responsibility

Each item is carefully inspected and securely packed before it leaves our facility.

If an item is found damaged before shipping, Styleera takes full responsibility and will arrange a replacement or refund under our Return & Refund Policy.

If your order is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@styleera.store with your order number and photos of the damaged item.
We will coordinate directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Incorrect Address & Address Verification

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout.

  • Address Verification: Styleera is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • Address Changes: If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact support@styleera.store immediately. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting support@styleera.store.

After the 12-hour window or once an order has entered processing or shipping, it cannot be cancelled.
If you wish to return an item after receiving it, please follow our Return & Refund Policy guidelines.

Shipping Regions

Currently, Styleera ships exclusively within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders placed with international addresses will not be processed and may be automatically cancelled and refunded.

Delays & Exceptions

Lost or Damaged Shipments
