All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (handling time) after receiving the order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the following business day.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer Standard Shipping for all orders within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Transit Time: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
    • Cut-off Time: Orders placed by 5 PM will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.
    • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4-7 business days (including handling time and transit).

Note: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all handbag orders.

3. Prices and Taxes

  • Product Base Price: The base price of the handbag before any applicable taxes and shipping costs.
  • State Tax: Sales tax will be added to your order based on your delivery address, as per the tax rate of your state. The applicable tax will be calculated and shown at checkout.
  • Total Price: The total price you pay at checkout will include:
    • The Base Price of the handbag
    • The Applicable State Tax
    • Free Standard Shipping

No additional charges will be added beyond the total price shown at checkout.

4. Shipping Carriers

To ensure your handbags arrive safely and on time, we use the following reliable carriers:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

5. Shipping Within the United States

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time. All handbag orders will be processed and shipped to U.S. addresses only.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid delays. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If you realize there’s an error with your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@styleera.store.
  • Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

7. Incorrect Address & Address Verification

  • If the provided shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed or fail. We highly recommend double-checking your address during checkout.
  • If the address cannot be verified by the carrier, we may contact you to confirm it, which could cause delays.

8. Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them, provided they have not been processed or shipped yet.
  • How to Cancel: Email us at support@styleera.store with your order number. If the order hasn’t been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
  • After Shipping: Once your handbag order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may return the item following our Return and Refund Policy.

9. Order Tracking & Tracking Issues

  • Once your handbag order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
  • Tracking Delays: Sometimes, tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear. Please be patient as the carriers process the data.
  • Tracking Issues: If you encounter any tracking issues, please contact us at support@styleera.store. We will assist you and coordinate with the carrier.

We strive to deliver your handbags on time. However, there may be circumstances beyond our control such as weather conditions, holidays, or other carrier delays that can affect the delivery timeline. We are not responsible for delays caused by these factors.
