1. How can I place an order?
Browse our handbags collection on Styleera, select your items, choose a payment method, and complete checkout. Double-check your billing and shipping details before confirming.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and debit cards( MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Union Pay), and Google Pay. All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
3. Is it safe to make a payment on Styleera?
Yes! Payments are processed via secure, encrypted gateways. Styleera is PCI DSS compliant, ensuring your payment and personal data are protected.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days (Mon-Fri). Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days (Mon-Fri), so total delivery is typically 4–7 business days from purchase.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking number and carrier details. Allow a few hours for the tracking link to become active.
6. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for entering the correct address. Contact us immediately at support@styleera.store if you need changes. We will try to accommodate requests before shipping.
7. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
8. Are shipping costs refundable?
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our mistake (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
9. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary by bank.
10. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Once your original item is received and approved, your replacement will be shipped promptly.
11. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available.
12. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting support@styleera.store. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
13. How do I know if an item is in stock?
All available products are listed as “in stock” on the site. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, our support team will contact you to resolve the issue.
14. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost.
15. Can I change my order after placing it?
Once an order is confirmed, changes cannot be guaranteed. Please contact support@styleera.store as soon as possible to see if adjustments are possible before shipping.
